Athletics: Poland wins eight medals at European U20 championships in Finland

Poland’s young athletes claimed eight medals, including one gold, at the European Athletics Under-20 Championships, which ended on Sunday in Tampere, Finland.

Poland's Hubert Trościanka became the first athlete in history to surpass 8,500 points in the U20 decathlon, breaking the world U20 record with his score of 8,514.
