Świątek, the world number two, dominated from the start, breaking Joint’s serve early and taking the first set in just 24 minutes.
Despite a brief rally from the 19-year-old in the second set, Świątek’s composure and precision saw her wrap up the match in 1 hour 7 minutes.
The Pole will face the winner of the semi-final between Czech Katerina Siniakova and second-seeded Russian Ekaterina Alexandrova for the title.
The final is scheduled to take place immediately following the conclusion of the semi-finals.
