The Polish world No. 2 won her second-round match in one hour and 19 minutes, defeating the 41st-ranked Czech 6-1, 6-1 on Tuesday, Poland’s PAP news agency reported.
Świątek, who had a bye in the first round, will next face Switzerland's Belinda Bencic or Belgium's Elise Mertens.
The 24-year-old Pole, who claimed her maiden Wimbledon title in July and won the Korea Open in Seoul last month, is aiming for her 26th career singles title in Wuhan.
Last week, she reached the fourth round of the China Open in Beijing, where she was outplayed by American Emma Navarro.
The 2025 Wuhan Open runs until Sunday.
