Poland's Kacper Tomasiak and Paweł Wąsek finished second with 547.3 points, behind Austria’s Jan Hoerl and Stephan Embacher, who took gold with 568.7.
Norway’s Johann Andre Forfang and Kristoffer Eriksen Sundal claimed bronze with 538.0 points.
The competition was halted during the third round because of heavy snowfall and strong wind gusts, and the final results were based on scores after two rounds.
Wąsek jumped 133.5 and 129.5 metres, while Tomasiak posted jumps of 135.5 metres in both rounds.
Germany placed fourth, followed by Slovenia, Japan, Switzerland and the United States, Polish state news agency PAP reported.
Seventeen teams entered the competition. Twelve advanced to the second round, and the top eight qualified for the final round before it was cancelled.
The Milan-Cortina Games marked the Olympic debut of the two-man super team event, which replaced the traditional four-man team competition.
For the 19-year-old Tomasiak, the super team silver was his third medal of the Games.
He won silver in the individual normal hill event last week and bronze in the large hill competition on Saturday.
Poland’s fourth medal came from speed skater Vladimir Semirunniy, who took silver in the men’s 10,000 metres on Friday.
