Barcelona secured their 29th Spanish league title with a 2-0 El Clasico victory over Real Madrid on Sunday, as captain Robert Lewandowski etched his name further into football history.

The Polish striker now holds three La Liga titles, surpassing Cristiano Ronaldo, who won the championship twice with Real Madrid, in 2012 and 2017. Lewandowski matched that tally last season before pulling ahead with this year's title under coach Hansi Flick.

The 36-year-old has now collected 14 national league titles across his career — one with Lech Poznan, two with Borussia Dortmund, eight with Bayern Munich and three with Barcelona.
