Lech, coached by Denmark's Niels Frederiksen, finished the campaign on 60 points, four ahead of Górnik and third-placed Jagiellonia Białystok, who finished level on points with Górnik but behind on goal difference.
Raków Częstochowa took fourth place, five points adrift of the champions.
In the final round of fixtures last weekend, Lech settled for a 2-2 home draw against Wisła Płock, having already secured the title the previous weekend, while Górnik, owned by former Germany international Lukas Podolski, defeated Radomiak Radom 6-2.
Legia Warsaw, one of Poland's most successful clubs and last season's Polish Cup winners, finished sixth.
At the other end of the table, Lechia Gdańsk, Arka Gdynia and Bruk-Bet Termalica Nieciecza were relegated to the second tier.
Lech and Górnik will meet in the Polish Super Cup in mid-July, the traditional curtain-raiser to the new domestic season.
Both clubs will also represent Poland in European competition next season, along with Jagiellonia, Raków and fifth-placed GKS Katowice.
Poland secured five European places for the 2026/2027 season, including two UEFA Champions League qualifying spots, after strong performances by Legia and Jagiellonia in Europe during the 2024/2025 campaign.
