The victory gave Lech their seventh Super Cup title in the traditional curtain-raiser to the new domestic season.
The one-off Super Cup match is traditionally contested between the winners of the Polish Cup and the Ekstraklasa champions from the previous season.
Lech secured their 10th Polish league title in May, successfully defending the championship they won the previous year.
Górnik finished as runners-up in the league at the end of the 2025/2026 season.
Earlier that month, Górnik, owned by former Germany international Lukas Podolski, defeated Raków Częstochowa 2-0 in the Polish Cup final.
Both Lech and Górnik will represent Poland in European competitions this month, alongside Jagiellonia Białystok, Raków Częstochowa and GKS Katowice.
Poland secured five European places for the 2026/2027 season, including two UEFA Champions League qualifying berths, after strong performances by Legia Warsaw and Jagiellonia in European competitions during the 2025/2026 campaign.
The 2026/2027 Ekstraklasa season kicks off next Friday.
