On the final day of competition, Poland's Alex Borucki won bronze in the men's K1 500 metres.
A day earlier, Anna Puławska took bronze in the women's K1 500 m.
On Friday, Oleksii Koliadych became world champion in the men's C1 200 m, claiming his third career world title.
More than 850 competitors from 79 countries took part in the championships, which were held on the Malta Regatta Course in Poznań from August 26 to 30.
Russian and Belarusian paddlers competed under a neutral flag, Polish state news agency PAP reported.
Hungary topped the overall medal standings with 14 medals, including five gold. Poland finished 14th.
The next Canoe Sprint World Championships will be held in Szeged, Hungary, next year.
