The Catholic Publishers Trade Show promises to feature around 100 exhibitors and thousands of books as it enters its 26th year.

The annual fair includes events such as meetings with writers and panel discussions, in addition to book launches.

About 93 percent of Poles declare themselves to be Catholics, according to statistics released by church officials several years ago.

Public broadcaster Polish Radio is a media partner of the trade show, which runs until Sunday at Warsaw's Royal Castle.
