The event, known as European Literature Night, aims to highlight some of the brightest literary talents from 10 European Union countries to New York audiences.

Returning after a two-year hiatus due to the pandemic and hosted by the Czech Center New York, "the 2021 edition will take place from 6 p.m to 11 p.m. ... presenting an exciting selection of fiction, poetry, and short stories," according to the Polish Cultural Institute in New York.

Authors, translators and actors representing Poland and nine other EU countries will read from new releases and beloved classics and participate in a panel discussion, the institute said on its website.
