Books for history buffs at annual fair in Warsaw

Thousands of books for history buffs are set to be showcased at a fair starting in Warsaw on Thursday.

The annual History Book Fair in the Polish capital promises to feature publications by more than 120 exhibitors as it enters its 29th year.

The trade show's director, Waldemar Michalski, says the four-day event includes attractions such as meetings with writers, book launches and panel discussions.

Public broadcaster Polish Radio is a media partner of the event, which runs until Sunday at Warsaw's Royal Castle.
