The annual Catholic Publishers Trade Show promises to feature more than 15,000 books and 150 exhibitors from Poland and beyond as it enters its 28th year.
The annual fair includes events such as meetings with writers, film screenings and panel discussions, in addition to book launches.
About 92 percent of Poles declare themselves to be Catholics, according to statistics released by officials last year.
Public broadcaster Polish Radio is a media partner of the trade show, which runs until Sunday at Warsaw's Royal Castle.
