Nataliya Voytseshchuk from Ukraine's Ministry of Culture highlighted recent damage to Ukrainian art and historical sites, including a Russian attack on the Odesa Art Museum.

She emphasized the urgency of learning from Poland's experience in museum management to ensure the resilience and competitiveness of Ukrainian cultural institutions, even in the face of potential postwar challenges.

During their five-day stay at the Heritage Academy, organized by the International Cultural Center, 15 Ukrainian museum professionals will attend skill-building sessions, engage with Kraków museum experts, and visit various cultural sites, fostering long-term collaboration.

This pilot edition of the Heritage Academy, funded by Ukraine's Ministry of Culture, will shape future collaborative efforts and programs.
