Poland’s Marcin Dorociński joins the cast of American action film Mayday

Polish actor Marcin Dorociński is on the cast of an upcoming American action-adventure film Mayday.  The film stars Ryan Reynolds and Kenneth Branagh in the lead roles, as well as Maria Bakalova, Lovell Adams-Gray, and Clark Johnson.

Location shooting for Mayday, which is described by producers as an action-adventure film, is currently underway in Montreal. Details relating to the plot have not been disclosed.

Mayday is written and directed by Jonathan Goldstein and John Francis Daley, whose credits include black comedy Game Night and Dungeons and Dragons: Honor among Thieves.

Dorociński, 50, is among the leading Polish theatre, film, and TV actors. He is a graduate of the State Drama School in Warsaw. He has appeared in such international productions as Spies of Warsaw, co-produced by the BBC and Polish Television, the Netflix mini-series The Queen’s Gambit, Vikings: Valhalla, and Mission: Impossible – Dead Reckoning Part One.
