The festival will showcase a variety of musical genres, blending performances by established artists and emerging talents.
This year marks a return of popular segments such as "Kabareton" and "SuperJedynki" alongside a tribute to singer Michał Bajor, celebrating 50 years since his first performance in Opole.
Artistic Director Wojciech Iwański said: "We want it to be a celebration of song. We want it to be a festival that connects generations."
The festival will feature concerts such as "Premieres" and "Debuts," spotlighting new music and tributes to the late Czesław Niemen, a major figure in Poland's popular music.
Other notable acts include a special concert dedicated to the works of the late Janusz Kondratowicz, a prominent songwriter and poet.
The festival has run every year since 1963, with the exception of 1982, following the December 1981 imposition of martial law.
It takes place at the dedicated Millennium Amphitheatre, and awards a variety of prizes in categories including best song, best band and best debut.
The southeastern host city of Opole now brands itself as the City of Hits, as a result of its prominent position in Polish culture.
Every performance will be broadcast live by public broadcaster TVP, allowing audiences at home and abroad to take part in this storied musical tradition.
