The work of the Polish artist introduces a concept for an urban service that creates a transcultural and trans-species space, fostering health, resilience, and well-being as a response to the challenges of global inequalities.
This innovative design seeks to address contemporary issues by blending various cultural perspectives and offering a multisensory experience aimed at promoting collective well-being.
The exhibition centers around the theme of “Inequalities” and explores the concept of a “day sanatorium” - a multifunctional space designed to address the needs of a diverse, multicultural community.
The Polish Pavilion will be transformed into a calming, intimate environment inspired by the ancient Roman tepidarium, a heated area in baths used for relaxation and warmth.
This immersive space will offer visitors a moment of tranquility while engaging all the senses through art, providing a respite from the busy atmosphere of the Triennale.
