The concert features the world premiere of Unity, a new work by Polish composer and pianist Aleksander Dębicz.
Created specifically for the event, the piece emphasises the idea of unity in diversity and includes several movements interspersed with interludes containing references to European classical music.
The performance brings together an extraordinary lineup of Polish musicians, including internationally acclaimed countertenor Jakub Józef Orliński, classical guitarist Łukasz Kuropaczewski, cellist Marcin Zdunik, and flautist Michał Żak.
The cultural programme of Poland's EU presidency in the first half of 2025 included nearly 100 events in more than 20 European countries.
