The Festival launched with a dazzling production of J.J. de Mondonville's opera "Titon et l'Aurore" at the Royal Theatre in Warsaw's Łazienki Park.
Natalia Babińska, the opera's director, and choreographer Jacek Przybyłowicz are speaking to Elżbieta Krajewska.
The festival programme also features cantatas from Joseph Bodin de Boismortier’s cycle "Les Quatre Saisons", a harpsichord recital by Maciej Skrzeczkowski titled "Galanteries FranÇaises" and a grand closing concert on October 18 at the Royal Castle in Warsaw, with pieces by Richard Delalande, Marin Marais and Marc-Antoine Charpentier.
