The Oxford University Language Centre offers general Polish language courses open to all students as well as the wider public—a rare opportunity in the UK, where Polish is typically taught only as part of advanced Polish studies programmes.
Kamila Lutostańska spoke with Poland’s chargé d’affaires in the UK, Jerzy Boczkowski, about how the initiative came about and whether there are plans to expand it to other institutions.
