According to the Polish Consulate General in Lyon, the inaugural concert took place on Monday at the Lyon Auditorium venue, where Arte dei Suonatori, led by Marcin Świątkiewicz, performed works by Bach, Graun, Telemann and Goldberg to an enthusiastic audience of more than 2,000.
Polish Consul Robert Drzazga said he was "delighted to see such a warm reception" for Polish music in France.
