The work is inspired by the symbolic language of astrology.

According to the production's synopsis, the story follows Lilith, "a gifted vocalist whose search for answers through her birth chart becomes an obsessive journey across 12 symbolic houses, confronting family trauma, love and ambition, while discovering that finding home begins with the risks we choose to take."

The cast includes British dancers and singers Rachael Ridley as Lilith and Duncan Drury as Adam, Gabriel and Teacher. Angele Villanueva Jara, a singer and dancer trained and based in Gdynia, on Poland's Baltic coast, plays Young Lilith.

The set was designed by Polish artist Natalia Klimza.

A second performance of 12 Houses is scheduled for Monday.

Woźniak graduated with a degree in vocal jazz from the Music Academy in Gdańsk, northern Poland. She has worked as a singer and vocal coach, including on a production of Evita at the Music Theatre in Poznań, western Poland.
