Poland takes Junior Eurovision by storm

Twelve-year-old Polish singer Viki Gabor won the Junior Eurovision Song Contest, held in Gliwice, southern Poland, on Sunday.

She beat competitors from 18 countries, notching up Poland’s second win in a row in the contest, a feat no other country has managed before.

“I’m so happy as this has been my dream since I was little and it has just come true. I still can’t get over it… I so much appreciate having such wonderful fans and a great family and I want to thank all the viewers,” Gabor said after the competition.
