Polish Film Festival closes in Gdynia: audio report

The Gdynia Festival of Polish films wound up on Saturday with the Gala Ceremony presenting the winners of the Golden and Silver Lions, the Main  Competition as well as individual awards.

The 48th Polish Film Festival saw a number of national premieres, two directorial debuts and 16 productions, including a hand painted animation competing for a  host of  prizes and the Golden Lions, the main prize of the festival, which went to Paweł Maślona's “Scarborn”, which tells the story of Polish-American independence hero Tadeusz Kościuszko.
