"There’s never been a better time to visit Poland,The Telegraph wrote, arguing that the country is establishing itself ever more prominently on Europe's tourist map, drawing visitors with its diverse landscapes, historical depth and contemporary appeal.

The newspaper's extensive feature highlights how Poland successfully combines rich history with modern cities, mountain ranges, good-value ski resorts and outstanding sandy beaches on the Baltic coast.

The publication singles out several Polish cities for particular praise.

Warsaw, it observes, attracts visitors with its museums, bold architecture and impressive array of restaurants, including dozens offering entirely vegan cuisine.

The southern city of Kraków captivates visitors with the atmosphere of a former royal capital, embodied by Wawel Castle and its historic Main Market Square, while the Baltic port city of Gdańsk charms with its beautiful Old Town and coastal character.

British readers are informed that waffles are an essential purchase at the Polish seaside, that skiing trips to Poland "cost a fraction" of Alpine prices, and that a three-course meal can often be had for under GBP 20.

The Telegraph says Poland's tourism appeal lies in its ability to pair cultural substance with practical affordability, a combination increasingly resonating with British visitors.
