A small-scale version nonetheless preserving the intensity of the story, with an unsettling turn of century atmosphere; highlighting the play of emotions and - in the words of its makers - taking the opportunity to comment on the contemporary world, uncover its illusions, bring out uncomfortable truths and fragilities, and confront with bare reality. Dance - as they point out - can speak where words fail.
