Robert De Niro to open hotel in Warsaw

Hollywood actor Robert De Niro is preparing to open a hotel in Warsaw together with two business partners at the start of next year, a Polish news website has reported.

The new five-star hotel in the heart of the Polish capital will be part of the Nobu Hotels chain founded by De Niro, chef Nobu Matsuhisa and film producer Meir Teper, the onet.pl website reported.

The PLN 100 million (EUR 23.3 million, USD 26.5 million) facility is slated to open its doors early next year, according to the Polish website.

It will offer more than 100 guest rooms, large meeting and event spaces, a fitness centre and a restaurant, onet.pl reported.
