"Further information shows that there is a growing rebellion among soldiers in Belarus," Stanisław Żaryn said in a tweet on Tuesday.
"They categorically refuse to participate in the Russian war against Ukraine," he added.
"The command is looking for opportunities to force soldiers to participate," Żaryn, who is spokesman for Poland’s security services, also tweeted in English.
The government in Kyiv last week accused Moscow of staging "false flag" air attacks on Belarus from Ukraine to provide an excuse for the Russian ally to join the conflict, the Reuters news agency reported.
Belarus has served as a staging ground for Russian forces entering Ukraine, according to Reuters.
