The seven-stage race will start in the south-central city of Kielce and end in Kraków in the south of the country, race director Czesław Lang, a former professional cyclist, confirmed last week.
The first leg of the annual race will see cyclists cover a 217.2 km route starting in Kielce and ending in the eastern city of Lublin.
The remaining stages of the 79th Tour de Pologne will end in Zamość, Przemyśl, Sanok, Rzeszów and Bukowina Tatrzańska before the race concludes in Kraków.
Portuguese rider João Almeida won last year's Tour de Pologne, which attracted more than 150 riders from 22 teams based in various countries.
Ahead of this year's race, organizers have condemned "Russia's unfounded aggression" against Ukraine.
