Meanwhile, on Thursday, the Polish head of state addressed a United Nations food summit and held talks with members of the Washington-based US Chamber of Commerce, the largest lobbying group in the United States, founded in 1912 and representing over 3 million businesses and organisations.
Danuta Isler spoke in New York to Marjorie Chorlins, Senior Vice President for European Affairs at the chamber, to find out more about the meeting, which was attended by executives from the biggest US investors in Poland, among them IT giant IBM.

They were eager to learn how Poland feels about Europe’s objectives in areas such as digitization and green transition, and what the country is doing to continue attracting foreign investors.
