Study examines how many Ukrainians fled to Poland

Since the outbreak of the war various research teams have attempted to estimate the exact number of Ukrainian war refugees in Poland.

A recent study used data from Poland's PESEL database of national identification numbers, which are now also issued to Ukrainians taking refuge in the country.

Radio Poland’s Piotr Miszczuk talks to Prof. Tomasz Komornicki, who co-authored a report based on the study.
