Ukraine is an example of how to fight a theoretically much stronger enemy "while balancing a potential opponent's abilities," according to the study, called "Universal Defense for Poland."
It was recently unveiled in Warsaw.
Klaudiusz Madeja spoke to Jacek Raubo of the defence24.pl website about why the entire nation should be involved in defence efforts and why the armed forces are only one of many components of a defense system.
