Speaking at the Polsecure public security fair in the south-central Polish city of Kielce, Uku Sarekanno, Deputy Executive Director of the European Border and Coast Guard Agency (Frontex), said that, although illegal migration across Poland’s eastern border "is down," the problem "is not disappearing" because "what we are dealing with on the other side" is an operation mounted by Russia’s Federal Security Service (FSB).
