Chief financial officers (CFOs) across Central Europe are highly aware of AI's potential benefits, emphasizing efficiency and cost reduction as primary advantages, the survey found.
Also, according to Jan Michalski, Generative AI Leader at Deloitte Central Europe, financial directors are looking forward to improving the "accuracy of forecasting … and the development of new products and services."
The study, entitled CE CFO Survey — Getting Ready for the GenAI Journey, was carried out by Deloitte Central Europe late last year. It involved around 500 financial directors from various organizations across 15 Central European markets.
