Second Pole in space: Uznański-Wiśniewski blasts off on Ax-4 mission

Sławosz Uznański-Wiśniewski has become only the second Polish astronaut to reach space, joining the Ax-4 mission to the International Space Station aboard SpaceX's Dragon capsule.

Ax-4 space mission, carrying Sławosz Uznański-Wiśniewski aboard the Dragon capsule, launched on Wednesday from Cape Canaveral, Florida.

Sławosz Uznański-Wiśniewski, a 41-year-old scientist and research engineer , became the second Pole in space as part of Axiom Space’s Ax-4 mission to the International Space Station.

Jarosław Juszkiewicz , journalist and enthusiast of space issues, talks about the importance  of the mission.
