Its primary aim was to bolster business ties between Warsaw, Tokyo and Seoul, while also fostering collaboration on the reconstruction of war-torn Ukraine.

More than three years into Russia's invasion of Ukraine, the World Bank, the European Commission and the United Nations estimate that the country will require USD 524 billion (EUR 506 billion) for reconstruction and recovery over the next decade—nearly three times Ukraine’s 2024 GDP.
