Polish Radio to broadcast BBC Proms concerts

The iconic BBC Proms classical music festival returns to London this weekend, and Polish audiences will be able to tune in through broadcasts by public broadcaster Polish Radio.

Polish Radio 2, the network's arts and music channel, will air special coverage of the BBC Proms directly from London's Royal Albert Hall throughout the season.

The BBC Proms is one of the world's most prestigious classical music festivals.

This year’s edition opens on Friday and runs through September 13.

Polish Radio 2 said it is proud to once again bring the event to listeners in Poland.
