India's top diplomat has paid a visit to Warsaw as New Delhi steps up diplomatic outreach

India's top diplomat has wrapped up a three-day visit to Poland and Ukraine. His visit to Warsaw came amid speculation over an October trip to India by the Polish Prime Minister, while his talks in  Ukraine followed India’s prime minister Narendra Modi's meeting with Russian president Vladimir Putin, during which the Indian leader urged an end to the war in Ukraine.
