Q and A with Arkady Rzegocki

November 16 marks the Foreign Service Day in Poland, a celebration of the country's diplomatic corps posted abroad as well as those working in the foreign ministry back home. One of the people who knows the ins and outs of the job is Arkady Rzegocki, Poland's former Ambassador to the UK who last July was appointed the Head of newly created Foreign Service.
