Day in the Life of Sylwester Wilk

Meet the Polish bladerunner - a para-athlete who has repeatedly proven that living with disabilities is no obstacle to a fulfilling life. An avid swimmer, he turned to triathlon when he lost his leg in an accident at the age of 16. Only three months into recovery he started training with the use of prosthetic leg similar to the one once used by the blade runner, Pistorius.

Apart from training to break records in triathlon, Sylwester Wilk (whose last name translates into 'wolf') has also participated in the Polish editions of the tv shows "Ninja Warriors" - where he was cheered by "Go wolf!" - and "Dancing with the Stars".
