EU targets Russia's 'shadow fleet' in new sanctions package [INTERVIEW]
European Commission chief Ursula von der Leyen this week unveiled a new package of EU sanctions against Russia, including an effort to curb Moscow's oil revenues by targeting its so-called "shadow fleet" of tankers used to circumvent international restrictions.
