4. Radio Poland in English is available on Spectrum DAB in London 19.00-20.00 BST

5. RTE Radio 1 Extra, Ireland’s growing DAB network, broadcasts Radio Poland 19.00-20.00 local time on Sunday. The show can be heard from transmitters in Dublin, Cork, Limerick and in the Dundalk/Drogheda area. The latter signal can also be picked up in the south-east of Northern Ireland.

6. INDIAN RELAY Big FM in Mumbai and Hyderabad 92.7 MHz carries Radio Poland every Friday 1.00-1.30 local time.

7. A growing number of local FM/AM/HD/SW stations in the US carries the Radio Poland English language broadcast via WRN.

If you already have a DAB+ receiver, or your car radio picks up the DAB+ signal, you can listen to Polish Radio’s international channel in Warsaw, Kraków, Łodź, Poznań, Gdańsk, Katowice, Wrocław, Szczecin, Koszalin, Olsztyn, Białystok, Lublin, Kielce, Opole, Rzeszów and Zielona Góra. Join us in English at midday, 1.30, 4.00, 5.30, 8.00, 9.30 and 11 pm. Tune in in Russian at 2.00, 5.00, 11.00, 13.00, 15.00, 17.00, 19.00, 21.00 and 22.30. A Belarussian language show is aired at 15.30 and a Ukrainian show at 19.30. For the best of international radio join us in English and Russian between midnight and midday. All times are CET.
