In an interview with French weekly Le Journal du Dimanche, the economist also said that the International Monetary Fund (IMF) has so far mobilised almost EUR 4.9 billion in emergency funding for Ukraine.
According to Georgieva, a pressing issue is to create a global framework that would allow donors to continue financial assistance, ensuring control over the provision of funds.
