"We are skeptical about French initiatives to lead to some form of talks between Russia and Ukraine," Zbigniew Rau said in a speech to parliament.
"We do not see any signs that Russia is ready to revise its policy of territorial conquests," he added.
Rau also told Polish lawmakers that "the possible result of such talks cannot be any separate guarantees for Russia, apart from the observance of the norms of international law," news agencies reported.
Russia invaded Ukraine by land, air and sea on February 24, 2022, launching the largest military campaign in Europe since World War II.
Thursday is day 414 of Russia’s war on Ukraine.
The Polish foreign minister has previously said that Russia's war in Ukraine could end today and "peace might be achieved even tomorrow" if Moscow stopped its military aggression and withdrew its troops.
