Duda and Stefanchuk also talked about “issues related to historical dialogue" and "the participation of Polish entrepreneurs in the postwar reconstruction of Ukraine,” according to the Polish President's Office.

The talks additionally focused on "Ukraine's Euro-Atlantic aspirations," the Polish President's Office said.

Earlier in the day, Ukraine's Stefanchuk addressed Poland's parliament. During a two-day visit to Warsaw, he thanked Poland for "standing shoulder to shoulder" with his country from day one of Russia’s invasion.

On Wednesday, the top Ukrainian lawmaker met with Poland's Prime Minister Mateusz Morawiecki, lower-house Speaker Elżbieta Witek, and upper-house Speaker Tomasz Grodzki.

Russia invaded Ukraine on February 24, 2022, launching the largest military campaign in Europe since World War II.

Thursday was day 456 of Russia’s war on Ukraine.
