As part of the security measures, individuals may be required to provide identification or face potential detention for verification purposes. Additionally, individuals entering or leaving the designated areas under the anti-terrorist operation regime may be subject to searches, according to Polish state news agency PAP.

Security agencies will possess the authority to intercept phone calls, monitor online correspondence, and enter premises without a court order, and will be allowed to utilize vehicles owned by organizations and individuals to pursue potential suspects.

The regime will also involve the blocking of telephone communications and internet access, as well as restrictions on the movement of people and vehicles within the designated areas.
