Kyiv has also allegedly identified over 400 individuals suspected of these crimes.
Speaking at the International Security Forum in Halifax, Canada, Kostin emphasized the extensive nature of these crimes, necessitating substantial effort and a novel approach for investigation and prosecution.
The majority of these allegations involve crimes against humanity, including the mass killings in Bucha, near Kyiv. Additionally, more than 250 cases pertain to environmental crimes, with four cases linked to cybercrimes.
To date, more than 400 individuals have been identified as suspects in these war crimes, with around 300 people charged and 66 convicted, Kostin said.
