Russia launched 157 drones and deployed S-300 surface-to-air missiles during strikes on several regions, including Kherson, Kharkiv, Dnipropetrovsk, and Zaporizhzhia, according to Ukraine's air force.

Ukrainian forces shot down 98 of the drones, while another 19 disappeared from radar. Military officials said many of these undetected objects were likely decoy drones, increasingly used by Russia to mislead Ukrainian air defences.

Smaller-scale attacks were reported on Sunday morning, but no additional casualties were immediately confirmed.
