Bohdan K., 24, has been charged with espionage for allegedly sharing photographs and information about Polish military infrastructure with Russian intelligence. He is also reported to have expressed pro-Russian views and questioned Ukraine’s sovereignty. Polish courts have placed him in temporary detention for three months while the investigation continues.
The second individual, Kyrylo T., faces charges related to drug possession.
The investigation is being overseen by Poland’s National Prosecutor’s Office and the Lublin office of the Internal Security Agency (ABW).
