The event focuses on security and defence, with a particular focus on the arms industry, infrastructure, energy and logistics, Polish state news agency PAP reported.

The conference, which began on Sunday, is part of the "Road to URC" series leading up to the Ukraine Recovery Conference 2026, a major international forum on rebuilding Ukraine scheduled to take place in June in the northern Polish city of Gdańsk.

According to the Polish Prime Minister’s Office, Tusk will attend the Rzeszów event and is expected to deliver remarks at the opening ceremony on Monday.

The first day of the conference featured a drone demonstration and discussions among experts and policymakers on technologies shaping the modern battlefield, according to reports.

The conference will also showcase the technological capabilities of Polish companies in the security and defence sectors, including solutions that could support Ukraine’s reconstruction.

Panel discussions will feature government officials as well as Polish, Ukrainian and European businesspeople.
