Mayor Vitali Klitschko said the road surface and trolleybus overhead lines were damaged, and traffic from the left bank of the Dnipro to the right had been closed.
Emergency services were sent to the scene, he added.
A day earlier, Russian drones hit the Southern Bridge, which carries one of the city's three metro lines.
The bridge has been struck three times in recent days and is closed to cars and metro trains.
After a security council meeting on Friday, Klitschko told reporters the situation in the capital was "dramatic".
An unnamed senior Ukrainian official told Reuters the attacks on the bridges were linked to a September order from Russian President Vladimir Putin lifting restrictions on Russia's air campaign.
President Volodymyr Zelensky also spoke of the order in a Financial Times interview published on Friday, describing it as a departure from all rules of war.
